Karaca Air Cook Duo prepares all flavors using Less Fat Technology with just a spoonful of oil. With Circulation Air Tech, the hot air flow moving from top to bottom ensures even cooking of every part of your meal. With the Duo Tech feature, you can prepare your meal in 3 different cooking modes as you wish. You can either serve meals cooked in two different compartments at different times simultaneously with the Ready at the Same Time function, or you can make double portions of the same meal in two large compartments of XXXL 4 + 4 liters with a single touch using the Dual Cooking function. You can also manually adjust the temperature and minutes according to your recipe if you want. Moreover, while doing all these, the aromas of the meals cooked in two separate compartments do not mix.

Refund and Cancellation Conditions
You may return all products or request a replacement for the same which fulfill the return conditions within 45 days from the date of receipt of the cargo, together with your invoice or dispatch note. You can specify your request on the form which is on the invoice or is behind the Dispatch Note. The return deadline for Air Cook products are 90 days.
Used, damaged packaging products shall not be accepted. When making a return transaction for the orders that are invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice must be issued by the company. Deliveries that do not include return invoices are not taken delivery.
If there is broken parts in the delivered product, the spare parts are provided if you convey the photo of the broken parts to be taken in a single frame, the order number and the name of the broken part through the Web Request Form.
Cargo which are damaged in their packaging shall be returned with the record to be taken nearby the cargo officer without taken delivery.
Your product will be inspected within 10 business days as of the arrival of the product to our company and the transaction regarding the refund or replacement shall be performed if it is in accordance with the return conditions.
Warranty Conditions
The product you have purchased is under the warranty of the company and in case of failure of the product in the following period, you shall contact the manufacturer of the product directly. You must keep the Warranty Certificate and invoice. Warranty certificate in some products are on the box and in some products are in the box. You can obtain the lost invoice from our company by contacting our customer service via e-mail or telephone. If the product which you receive is defective at first use, you can contact with customer service.
What is the right of withdrawal?
You have the right to withdraw the goods within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason and without paying the “shipping charge”.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal?
In order to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchaser must notify the seller within 14 days as of the delivery date that s/he wishes to return the product. The seller, at the latest within 10 (ten) days after receiving the purchaser's request, is obliged to accept the return of the product and to refund the product cost and return courier fee to the purchaser without charging any expense. If the invoice has a return explanation section, this section shall be filled in and the invoice shall be signed by the Purchaser and delivered together with the product.
