Download the Return Label

Choose the product you wish to return and explain the reason. Then, download the return label.

Prepare the Package for Return

Put all parts of the product together with the same return label in one package.

Hand Package Over To The Cargo Company for Delivery

Hand over the product to the shipping company together with the return label.

Did you not like the product you bought? You can return the purchased product unconditionally within 45 days. The return deadline for Air Cook products are 90 days.
You can easily return the product via your Shopping History -> Order Details on our website.

Please note that the exchange or return of used products is not possible unless it is a defect. The products you wish to return must be returned in saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging.

In order to receive a return voucher, please send us an e-mail with the reason for return to the following e-mail address europe@karaca.com .

A product is damaged or not delivered?

1. Check the invoice and the contents of the parcel when you receive it. If a product is missing or damaged, please contact us. We will take care of your request as quickly as possible. You can find our contact details here: https://www.karaca.com.de/de/contact

2. If a package is defective and damage or a product is missing, please provide a damage report if possible. To do this, please take pictures of the packaging and send us information about the damage or the missing products.
