· Log in and then view your orders by going to My Account and then My Orders. You can create a return label by going to the order details of the product you wish to return and clicking on Easy Return. Select the product, the quantity and the reason for the return and download the return label as a PDF. Stick the shipping label on the package of your return and post it. If you do not use the shipping label provided, shipping charges apply to the return.
· Our rugs must be sent back with GLS, all other products are sent back with DHL.
· If your item is a set, then you must return all parts of the set including any accessories.
· The product must be returned in its original box and packaging.
Products purchased online cannot be returned to our stores. Through "Easy Returns" you will receive a return label that you can use to send the product to us free of charge.
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued within 3 business days. After we issue the refund, depending on your bank, it may take 3-8 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you believe that this deadline has expired, you can contact us via the contact page or 'Support'.
If you cancel or return all products in your order, the shipping fee will also be refunded. In the event of partial cancellation or return of the products, shipping costs will not be refunded. If the shipping fee of your canceled/returned order has not been refunded, you can contact us via the contact page or 'Support'.
You can return your additional extended warranty before the end of your product's standard warranty period. Go to the 'My Orders' page, select the relevant order and start the return process by clicking the 'Cancel Additional Warranty Extension' button. If the additional warranty period has already begun, a return is no longer possible. If you only want to return the additional guarantee of your products purchased online, you must also do this online. If you would like to return the additional guarantee along with the product, you can do so either online or in store.
To cancel your order's additional warranty extension, go to the 'My Orders' page, select the relevant order and click the 'Cancel Additional Warranty Extension' button. Alternatively, if the additional guarantee has already been invoiced, you can start a return process.
The return period is a maximum of 10 working days from the date your product arrives. After we issue the refund, it may take 3-8 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank. If you believe that this deadline has expired, you can contact us via the contact page or 'Support'.
Your order can only be canceled by us if it cannot be processed due to unavailability or delay. In this case your order cannot be shipped. The corresponding amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days.
Go to your order page. (To go to the order page you must log in or if you ordered without registering, please use the 'Order Tracking' button.)
Click "Order Details" and request a request under the "My product was delivered damaged" step located in the corresponding product line.
Complete the Damaged Parts Claim Form.
Please do not forget to include your order number, the number of damaged parts, the full name of the damaged product and a picture showing all the damaged parts together with the form.
Your products will be dispatched within the estimated dispatch date specified in the 'Order Details'.
Prioritization is not possible.
If you find that the specified delivery date has been exceeded, you can contact us via the contact page or 'Support'.
If an item is missing from your order, please follow these steps:
Take a photo of the box in question with the lid open. (Make sure the size of the box is visible and the products can be seen on it.)
Let us know your missing item and your written complaint using the 'Contact Form', along with a photo.
You can also send your query via 'Support' along with the box size picture. We will contact you as soon as possible.
• To provide you with faster service, your products may be shipped in multiple shipments. The remaining items in your order will be sent with the next delivery. You can view the current status of your order on your order page on our website.
• If you ordered without registering, you can view the current status of your order using the 'Order Tracking' button on the website.

It is not possible to add new products to your order. However, you can place a new order if you wish.

Vouchers or shopping cart discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of an additional warranty package. Discounts only apply to products outside of the additional warranty package in your shopping cart.
